Technology Platform
A proprietary technology platform built on deep materials science expertise, breaking through the barriers of complex multilayer composite recycling that traditional processes cannot solve.
Complex Multilayer Materials Industry Challenge
Modern display, semiconductor and new energy products rely on complex multilayer composite structures — combining functional films, adhesive layers and protective coatings engineered for performance.
Traditional recycling processes cannot effectively process multilayer films, adhesive layers and composite functional layers. The result: extremely low recycling efficiency, material value loss, and reliance on incineration or downgrading.
Interface Deconstruction Technology
Our interface deconstruction technology selectively weakens the bonding interfaces between layers in composite materials. Rather than mechanically shredding or melting the entire structure, we precisely target the interlayer adhesion points.
By controlled interface activation, multi-layer structures are cleanly delaminated, preserving the integrity of each individual material layer for downstream separation and recovery.
Selective Separation Technology
Once interfaces are deconstructed, our selective separation technology routes each material component through targeted separation pathways. Different components — films, adhesives, functional coatings — are directed to dedicated processing channels.
This multi-component precise separation process route ensures high purity outputs, enabling each recovered stream to re-enter industrial supply chains at high value rather than being downgraded.
Closed-loop Material Recovery
Recovered raw materials are returned to industrial supply chains through a closed-loop circular model. Each material stream — PET, TAC, PVA and iodine-containing resources — is re-qualified for industrial-grade reuse.
This closed-loop approach reduces dependence on virgin resources, lowers the environmental footprint of advanced manufacturing, and creates measurable economic value from materials previously treated as waste.
